Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using OT Saver, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Arab Emirates to use OT Saver. By using the app, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
To access offers, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current information
- Keep your password secure
- Accept responsibility for all activity on your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Verify your email address when prompted
4. Subscription
OT Saver offers subscription plans:
- Monthly Plan — 37 AED per month, all regular offers, including a 7-day free trial (phone verification required; no payment card required for the trial)
- Yearly Plan — 272 AED per year (not yet available in the app)
- Premium Plan — 777 AED per year (not yet available in the app)
Education and Advance Care benefits, when available on Premium, are delivered through curated offers from participating partners, not as fixed monetary entitlements. Specific offers, partners, and redemption terms within those categories are subject to change and are governed by each offer's individual terms.
Your free trial lasts 7 days from activation. When paid billing is enabled, recurring subscription fees will be charged through Google Play or the App Store in accordance with their terms.
5. Offer Redemptions
Each offer has its own terms, validity period, and redemption limits. You agree to:
- Redeem offers only at participating venues
- Present the QR code as shown in the app
- Use redemptions within their expiry window
- Comply with each offer's specific terms
OT Saver acts as a platform only. We are not responsible for the goods or services provided by partner businesses.
6. Payments
The 7-day free trial requires phone verification and does not charge a payment card.
When paid billing becomes available, subscription fees will be processed through Google Play or the App Store, not through Stripe inside the consumer app. All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis per UAE consumer protection law.
Stripe is used separately for merchant partnership fees on our business platforms only.
7. Subscription Cancellation & Refunds
You may end your trial or subscription records by deleting your account through the Profile screen or by contacting support@otsaver.com. When paid billing is active, cancellations and refunds will also follow Google Play or App Store policies, in addition to your rights under UAE consumer protection law.
8. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Share your account or QR codes with others
- Attempt to redeem the same offer multiple times fraudulently
- Use the app for any illegal purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the app's operation
- Reverse engineer or copy any part of the app
9. Intellectual Property
All content in OT Saver, including designs, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by OT Saver or its licensors and protected by UAE and international copyright laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
OT Saver is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, to the extent permitted by UAE law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Profile screen.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from your use of OT Saver shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
14. Consumer Rights Under UAE Law
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory UAE consumer protection law, the law prevails.
