What is OT Saver?
OT Saver is a UAE subscription service with curated discounts at restaurants, cafés, wellness venues, shops, and more. Browse offers, redeem with a QR code at the partner, and save.
How do I create an account?
Download the mobile app or visit otsaver.com/register. Sign up with email or continue with Google, Apple, or Microsoft.
Do I need to verify my email?
Yes. After registration we send a 6-digit verification code. Complete verification before redeeming offers or checking out on the website.
Subscription & pricing
How much does OT Saver cost?
Monthly: AED 37/month (7-day trial for new subscribers). Yearly: AED 272/year. Premium: AED 777/year. See the app or website subscription page for current plans.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel through the store where you subscribed: Apple Subscriptions (iOS), Google Play Subscriptions (Android), or the Stripe customer portal on the website (Profile → Manage subscription).
Can I use a promo code?
Yes, when OT Saver issues a valid promo code. Enter it on the subscription page in the app or at otsaver.com/subscription.
Redeeming offers
How do I redeem an offer?
Open an offer, tap Redeem Now, and show the QR code or 6-character manual code to the merchant. They validate it in the OT Saver merchant dashboard.
Why did my QR code expire?
Codes expire in about 3 minutes for security. Generate a new code from the redeem screen if needed.
Why does it say I need a subscription?
An active OT Saver subscription (including an eligible trial) is required to redeem offers.
Account & support
How do I reset my password?
Use Forgot password on the login page, or sign in again with Google, Apple, or Microsoft if you used those options.
How do I delete my account?
Visit otsaver.com/delete-account while signed in and follow the steps. Cancel any active subscription first.
How do I contact support?
Email support@otsaver.com or use Contact Us on the website. Include your account email and a short description of the issue.

How does my business join OT Saver?
Apply at otsaver.com/merchants or email contact@otsaver.com. Standard platform listing is free in exchange for an exclusive subscriber offer.
